For as little as €75 per year, Pink Flamingo Cleaning Services offers a trusted and legally registered key holding service across the Costa Blanca. Our service provides secure, convenient access to your property for both owners and guests — giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

No more worrying mid‑flight about whether you packed the keys! With Pink Flamingo Cleaning Services, your spare keys are safely stored in Spain, ready whenever you need them. Each set is tagged with a unique reference number and kept in our secure key storage facility. We never attach addresses to keys, ensuring total confidentiality and compliance with insurance requirements — unlike informal arrangements with neighbours or unregistered companies.

Our Key Holding and Property Management Services Include:

• Secure key storage for villas and apartments

• Meet & Greet for owners and guests upon arrival

• Professional cleaning and laundry services

• Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly property inspections

• Assistance with utility accounts (electricity, water, and online billing access)

• Tailored packages to suit individual property needs
