Pink Flamingo Cleaning Services offers a professional Meet & Greet service for property owners and their guests, ensuring every arrival is smooth, welcoming, and stress‑free. When guests arrive at your villa or apartment, our team provides keys, assists with check‑in, and helps them become familiar with the property and its amenities.

We take the time to explain how everything works — from televisions, washing machines, and cookers to air‑conditioning systems, Wi‑Fi passwords, and alarm codes. Guests are also shown around exterior areas, including terraces, pools, and gardens, with clear guidance on outdoor lighting and the location of the main fuse box (essential in Spain, where electricity can trip frequently).

As part of our complete service, we also collect keys after guests depart, ensuring your property remains secure and ready for the next arrival.
